CD34 and acute myeloid leukemia: On the contrary, T1 cells are present at a higher frequency in more differentiated states, including state 6 (myeloid biased progenitors, 37.1%) and state 1 (MEPs, 30.5%), thus confirming that CD34+ cells from secondary AML are characterized by a less differentiated phenotype compared to the same cells from the chronic phase of the disease.
