Expression analysis of genes, which we have previously found to be related to CLytA-DAAO resistance, performed in biopsies as well as data extracted from UALCAN, suggest that CLytA-DAAO bound to MNPs could be effective as an anti-cancer therapy in a wide range of patients from pancreatic carcinoma, colorectal carcinoma, and glioblastoma. This evidence concerns the gene DAO and exocrine pancreatic carcinoma.
