PEDV N protein and GAPDH were detected using Western blot as shown in Figure 3(a), and the amount of PEDV N protein was quantified based on the amount of GAPDH according to the gray value as shown in Figure 3(b), showing that there were no significant changes in the amounts of PEDV N protein in the microtubule and dynein inhibited cells compared to those in the control DMSO treated cells at 0 h or 1 h PEDV post-infection, thus suggesting that microtubule and dynein were not involved in PEDV attachment or internalization.
