Immunohistochemical analyses showed that although there was a statistically significant difference in the percentage of cleaved caspase-3 (CC3)-positive cells between the LFD/AdipoRon group and the HFD/AdipoRon group, the percentage was too low to explain the difference in the inhibition of tumour growth (Fig. 3F,I).
