APOE and Alzheimer disease: Furthermore, APOE ɛ4 carriership was associated with increased risk of mortality (HR 1.21; 95% CI 1.07–1.39, P = 3 × 10–3), while ɛ2 carriership (HR 1.01; 95% CI 0.87–1.18, P = .8), the 39‐SNPs AD‐PRS (HR 1.0; 95% CI 0.87–1.15, P > .9), and the 1e–5 AD‐PRS (HR 1.03; 95% CI 0.97–1.09, P = .4) were not.
