To further explore the potential mechanism of CDC45, CENPF, DTL, FANCI, GINS2, HJURP, TPX2 and TRIP13 in the pathogenesis of melanoma and enhance our understanding of this multi-gene hereditary disease, we predicted potential transcription factors that may regulate their expression and constructed a molecular regulatory network of lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA for these genes. The gene discussed is TPX2; the disease is melanoma.
