Luchini et al. first reported a meta‐relationship between BAP1 deletion and the diagnoses and prognoses of various cancer types, and confirmed that BAP1 is a marker of poor prognosis in diverse cancer types, including uveal melanoma, renal cell carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, non‐small cell lung cancer, and colorectal cancer [12]. This evidence concerns the gene BAP1 and colorectal cancer.
