CD34 and peripheral arterial disease: Our results showed that there was no significant difference in the collection of total nucleated cells (TNCs) between the RAD group and the PAD group (8.32 ± 6.14 × 108/kg vs. 7.45 ± 2.92 × 108/kg, p = 0.661), but the mean number of CD34+ cells collected in the RAD group was significantly lower than that in the PAD group (1.77 ± 2.08 × 106/kg vs. 8.63 ± 6.64 × 106/kg, p < 0.001; Figure 1A), regardless of whether CTX+G‐CSF or G‐CSF alone was used for mobilization (Table 4).
