The proportion of CD30+OX40+ and CD30−OX40+ expressing cells was significantly elevated in CRC patients compared with healthy subjects (CD30+OX40+, 7.41% ± 1.17 vs. 2.34% ± 0.17; CD30−OX40+, 8.41% ± 1.16 vs. 2.87% ± 0.43; Fig. 3c, d).
