CXCR5 and tetanus: Examination of the response to tetanus/diphtheria during maternal schistosomiasis revealed that at 60–90 days post immunization, mice born to infected mothers exhibited a defect in germinal center persistence (Fig 5A) accompanied by reduced TFH cells and the absolute number of memory TFH precursors (CXCR5+PD1-) (Fig 5B).
