Enriched pathways play a role in decidualization (e.g. ‘Wnt Signaling’, ‘BMP Signaling’, ‘ErbB Signaling’, ‘TGF-beta Receptor Signaling’ and ‘BMP2-WNT4-FOXO1 Pathway in Human Primary Endometrial Stromal Cell Differentiation’), as well as in placental bed development disorders and preeclampsia, the induction of pro-inflammatory factors via nuclear factor-κB (NFκB), mediation of maternal immunotolerance to the fetal allograft, circadian rhythm in association with implantation and parturition, and the decidual inflammation, senescence, and parturition. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and preeclampsia.
