However, in multivariate analysis, only lymph node metastasis (N1 vs. N0, HR = 1.434, 95% CI = 0.978–2.103; N2 vs. N0, HR = 4.309, 95% CI = 2.797–6.638; p < 0.001), high CEA (HR = 1.400, 95% CI = 1.038–1.890, p = 0.028), and high FPR (HR = 1.405, 95% CI = 1.034–1.909, p = 0.038) were independent risk factors for OS (Table 4).
