AFP and neoplasm: Multivariate analysis showed that BCLC stage (C vs. B) (hazard ratio [HR] = 2.14; 95% CI: 1.01–4.51; P = 0.047), AFP level (≥400 ng/mL vs. <400 ng/mL) (HR = 2.20; 95% CI: 1.08–4.78; P = 0.048), tumor size (≥5 cm vs. <5 cm) (HR = 3.25; 95% CI: 1.47–7.19; P = 0.003) and treatment (TACE+Sor+ICI treatment vs. TACE+Sor treatment) (HR = 0.11; 95% CI: 0.05–0.26; P < 0.001) were independent predictive factors of PFS.
