In contrast, complement and coagulation cascades, AGE–RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications, influenza A, fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis, Staphylococcus aureus infection, and proteasome were downregulated in H compared with SA. The gene discussed is RENBP; the disease is atherosclerosis.
