As for tumor subtype in the present cohort, the mean maximum SUVmax values for HER2-positive and triple-negative tumors were 7.92 ± 4.59 and 7.16 ± 4.40, respectively, both higher than that for ER-positive/HER2-negative tumors (4.59 ± 3.40) (p < 0.001 and p < 0.001, respectively), findings similar to previous reports [4, 6, 18].
