As expected, P65 overexpression partially abolished the inhibitory effect of berbamine on cell proliferation and metastasis in the rescue experiments (Figures 4(h) and 4(i)), which indicated that the antitumor action of berbamine against bladder cancer cells was mediated, at least in part, by inhibiting the activity of the NF-κB signaling pathway. Here, NFKB1 is linked to urinary bladder carcinoma.
