MAD2L1 and colorectal adenocarcinoma: We found that among the 12 central genes, CCNA2, MAD2L1, DLGAP5, and AURKA were associated with the overall survival of colorectal adenocarcinoma (P < 0.05) (Figure 6), and RRM2 and AURKA were associated with disease-free survival of colorectal adenocarcinoma (P < 0.05) (Figure 7).
