Finally, GEPIA and UALCAN online tools were performed to associate candidate genes with colorectal cancer overall survival (OS), disease-free survival (RFS), and pathological staging analysis through the Cancer Genome Atlas [TCGA]) dataset and found that CCNA2, MAD2L1, DLGAP5, AURKA, and RRM2 could play an important role in colorectal cancer overall survival and disease-free survival, and these may be potential treatment targets for clinical implication in the future. Here, CCNA2 is linked to colorectal cancer.
