Guo L. et al. (2020) reported that both IgA and IgM increased between days 8 and 14 but did not rise further between days 15 and 21 or after day 21. It is similar to the observation in another study done about SARS-CoV associated infections that IgM and IgA shared similar dynamic patterns including seroconversion and antibody titers (Hsueh et al., 2004). This evidence concerns the gene CD40LG and infection.
