As is shown in Fig. 1, we found that GFPT1 expression at the mRNA level was increased in tumor tissues compared to adjacent nontumor tissues in GSE16515 (P = 0.008), GSE28735 (P = 0.009), GSE56560 (P = 0.047), and GSE62452 (P = 0.011), and GFPT1 mRNA expression in pancreatic cancer tissues was also higher than that in normal pancreatic tissues according to analysis integrating TCGA PAAD and GTEx datasets (P < 0.001).
