The results showed that the six targets of AKT1, TP53, TNF, IL6, BCL2L1, and ATM were in the front of degree ranking (degree > 27), and they were the pivotal nodes in the network, indicating that they might be the core targets of the pharmacological mechanism of matrine in treatment of COVID-19 combined with liver injury.
