Among those patients, the diagnoses leading to allo-HSCT were myeloid disorders (acute myeloid leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), myeloproliferative neoplasia (MPN)) in 10 patients, lymphatic malignancies (acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), and Hodgkin lymphoma (HL)) in four patients and one patient suffering from CTLA-4 haploinsufficiency. The gene discussed is CTLA4; the disease is Hodgkins lymphoma.
