Multivariate LR analysis showed that congestive heart failure (OR, 0.015, 95%CI, 0.001-0.211; P = 0.002), dementia (OR, 0.029, 95%CI, 0.002-0.516; P = 0.016), and albumin (OR, 0.049, 95%CI, 0.006-0.383; P = 0.049 ) were associated with 30 days mortality in intermediate-high risk acute PE patients.
