MYC was found to regulate 4 out of 5 genes (BCL2, IL6, KRAS and MAPK1) and 9 out of 13 miRNAs in the CFMSN, indicating that as a TF, MYC may be located at a core position for regulating genes and miRNAs of MG. This evidence concerns the gene KRAS and myasthenia gravis.
