The results of MTS assays indicated that the hnRNP A2B1 silencing led to a significant decrease in cancer stem cell viability compared with the control, while the cell viability in cells where the expression of hnRNP A2B1 was rescued was similar to that of the control (hnRNP A2B1-scambled) (Fig. 2d).
