GOLPH3L and breast carcinoma: Using Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis (GEPIA, http://gepia.cancer-pku.cn/index.html) and profiling the expression data of GOLPH3L in breast tumors and tumor-adjacent normal tissues in the database (GSE93601), we confirmed that GOLPH3L was dramatically overexpressed in breast cancer samples compared to normal control samples (Fig. 1a).
