Using Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis (GEPIA, http://gepia.cancer-pku.cn/index.html) and profiling the expression data of GOLPH3L in breast tumors and tumor-adjacent normal tissues in the database (GSE93601), we confirmed that GOLPH3L was dramatically overexpressed in breast cancer samples compared to normal control samples (Fig. 1a). This evidence concerns the gene GOLPH3L and breast cancer.
