Specifically, in peripheral blood, cit-TNC–specific CD4+ memory T cells in RA subjects predominantly exhibited Th2-associated (CCR4+CCR6–CXCR3–) and Th17 (CCR4+CCR6+CXCR3–) surface phenotypes but very low proportions of Th1 (CXCR3+CCR4–CCR6–) cells.
