Table 2 summarizes the correlation of let-7d and miR-185 with the clinicopathological criteria of the patients reviewed. In brief, no statistically significant difference was observed between let-7d and miR-185 and age, histological grade, expression of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), and HER-2. On the contrary, the results demonstrated that let-7d and miR-185 were significantly associated with tumor size, tumor stage, and lymph node metastasis. Our results indicated that downregulation of let-7d and miR-185 expression in BC tissues might cause metastasis. The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is breast cancer.
