Increased testicular cell death attenuated the increased immunohistochemical staining of TNF-α reflecting inflammation which triggered an increase of P53 immunohistochemistry (which is a tumor suppressor gene) that reflects cell death through an increase in caspase 3 immunohistochemistry as well as increased gene expression of BAX and MPO and a decrease in Bcl2. The gene discussed is BCL2; the disease is neoplasm.
