As seen in Figure 7F, the reduced induction of IL-1RII on TCR-stimulated memory CD4+ T cells in RA patients is likely linked to augmented induction (3.3 fold-increase) of IL-1β-mediated IL-17 production in response to TCR stimulation compared with HCs (2.4 fold-increase) (Figure 7F) because this induction of RA patients was observed at a comparable level to that of CD4+ T cells of HCs with anti-IL-1RII neutralizing Ab (Figure 7F and G).
