TP53 and neoplasm: This finding suggests that autoimmunity to TP53 is pro‐tumorigenic or that a high level of anti‐TP53 autoantibodies simply reflects a high tumor burden and/or mutated TP53 gene, representing increased aggressiveness of the tumor, thereby anti‐TP53 autoantibodies may not provide prognostic information in addition to the preexisting clinicopathological factors.
