In an unselected series of NSCLC, loss of SMARCA4 and SMARCA2 was observed all together in 12% of adenocarcinomas (5.5% and 6.4%, respectively) compared to 6.9% (5.2% and 1.7%, respectively) of squamous cell carcinomas [20]. This evidence concerns the gene SMARCA4 and adenocarcinoma.
