In the multivariate analysis (see Table 3 and Supplementary Table S2), SAO were independently associated with younger age (P = .009), higher KPS (P = .002), tumor location (parietal lobe, P = .001), higher GFAP expression (≥35%, P = .045), and serum chloride levels (>102 mmol/L, P = .004).
