Migration and invasion assays were performed to investigate the influence of GLI3 knockdown in CRC cells, and we observed that silencing of GLI3 greatly attenuated both the migratory and invasive capacities of DLD1 and SW480 cells in response to siRNA-treatment compared to the cells treated with siRNA-scramble (si-scr) (Figures 3(h) and 3(i)). Here, GLI3 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
