The measurement result reveals that caspase-3 activity in the PD group was substantially enhanced in comparison to the control group; though caspase-3 activity in the PD-miR-15b-5p inhibitor and the PD-Akt3-overexpression groups was also higher than in the control group, it was much lower than in the PD group (Figure 6(a)). This evidence concerns the gene CASP3 and Parkinson disease.
