UBD and cancer: The atherosclerosis signaling, glutathione-mediated detoxification, LXR/RXR activation, FXR/RXR activation, FAT10 cancer signaling pathway, NRF2-mediated oxidative stress response, production of nitric oxide and reactive oxygen species in macrophages, and IL-12 signaling and production in macrophages pathway terms were enriched (Figure 4(b)).
