CD4 and neoplasm: Notably, we observed that these ten genes presented significant associations with infiltrating levels of B cells, CD4+ T cells, macrophages, and DCs, out of which these genes most strongly correlated with B cells [correlation coefficient (COR), 0.363 to 0.451; p < 0.01], macrophages (COR 0.262 to 0.384; p < 0.01), and DCs (COR, 0.449 to 0.548; p < 0.01), indicating that these hub genes were positively related to tumor-associated B cells, macrophages, and DCs in the HCC microenvironment.
