We further analyzed the potential interactions between Erk1/2 and Akt signaling using network pharmacology, and noticed that MAPK (including 38 targets) and PI3K-Akt (including 39 targets) signaling pathways were involved in the effects of FMNT against ischemia (Figure 2 and Supplementary Figure S6). The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is ischemia.
