The enrichment analyses for these targets showed severe disruptions of a panel of essential biological processes and signaling pathways in GC cells upon DSD treatment, including apoptosis, cell cycle, PI3K/Akt signaling pathway, MAPK/Erk signaling pathway, and p53 signaling pathway, underscoring typical “multi-ingredient, multi-target, and multi-function” pharmacological characteristics of DSD. Here, AKT1 is linked to disorder of sexual differentiation.
