To investigate the biological functions of SNHG14 in AKI progression, SNHG14 was overexpressed by transfecting SNHG14 plasmids into HK-2 cells and silenced by transfecting SNHG14 shRNAs into LPS-induced HK-2 cells (Figures 2(a) and 2(b)). The gene discussed is SNHG14; the disease is acute kidney injury.
