AMH and neoplasm: To evaluate whether B10 anti-proliferative effect in vitro could translate into an anti-tumor activity in vivo, we treated mice harboring established COV434-MISRII cell-derived tumors (5 to 7 mice/group) with B10 (anti-AMH antibody), 12G4 (anti-AMHRII antibody) (10 mg/kg/injection for both), or vehicle (NaCl) by intraperitoneal injection twice per week for 4 weeks.
