We find that increases in levels of \documentclass[12pt]{minimal}\usepackage{amsmath}\usepackage{wasysym}\usepackage{amsfonts}\usepackage{amssymb}\usepackage{amsbsy}\usepackage{mathrsfs}\usepackage{upgreek}\setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt}\begin{document}$$\hbox {TNF}_{\alpha }$$\end{document}TNFα and IL-23/IL-17 lead to a high keratinocyte state, which is in line with their inhibitors being used as treatments for psoriasis. The gene discussed is IL17A; the disease is psoriasis.
