While we do not have direct data looking at the diastolic function of our GRK5 fibroKO mice after AngII infusion, we believe that our data demonstrating that GRK5 fibroKO mice are protected against AngII-mediated cardiac hypertrophy and fibrosis suggests that GRK5 inhibition may be beneficial in the context of diastolic dysfunction. The gene discussed is GRK5; the disease is cardiac hypertrophy.
