We analyzed the association between the protein expression profile and clinicopathological data and found that increased protein expression levels of HNRNPA2B1, HNRNPC, HNRNPD, HNRNPF, PTBP1, HNRNPK, HNRNPL, HNRNPM, and HNRNPU were associated with high cancer stages (Figure 4A). The gene discussed is HNRNPF; the disease is cancer.
