Sufficient studies have found that flavonoids regulate the autophagy of tumor cells through different signal pathways or modify the molecular mechanism, such as PI3K/Akt/mTOR, AMPK, MAPK, Beclin-l, Wnt/β-catenin, etc., and induce excessive autophagy and death of cancer cells, as shown in Table 1.
