This study thoroughly investigated the clinical relevance of B cell infiltration in the context of oral TME complexity, by jointly evaluating both in the tumor nests and surrounding stroma associations between infiltrating CD20+ B lymphocytes and other immune profiles CD4+, CD8+, and FOXP3+ TILs, CD68+ and CD163+ macrophages in OSCC specimens.
