We analysed expression of ROR2 in The Cancer Genome Atlas Uterine Corpus Endometrial Carcinoma (TCGA-UCEC) cohort and found that patients with high ROR2 expression or low methylation at three specific CpG sites located on the ROR2 promoter showed significantly higher overall survival (OS) compared to those with low ROR2 expression or high methylation of CpG sites (Figure 1A–D). This evidence concerns the gene ROR2 and endometrial carcinoma.
