Finally, in a murine model of BCR-ABL1+ B-ALL, mice transplanted with leukemic cells were treated with an antibody specific for CSF1R, highly expressed by non-classical monocytes (antibody AFS98), with Nilotinib, a BCR-ABL1 tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) or a combination of both. This evidence concerns the gene BCR and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
