The results showed that the degree of tumor differentiation, lesion site, Borrmann classification, tumor size, intravascular thrombosis, nerve invasion, depth of invasion (T stage), lymph node metastasis (N stage), and DDX18 expression level had significant effects on the OS rate of 585 patients with gastric cancer, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05) (Table 1).
