It is currently believed that the main mechanisms of 131I treatment of thyroid cancer are closely related to mutations in RAS, BRAFV600E, and TERT, activate the MAPK pathway, PI3KCA mutation activates the PI3K/Akt pathway, and β-catenin mutation activate the wnt/β-catenin pathway. Here, AKT1 is linked to thyroid gland carcinoma.
