There were 68 enhanced pathways identified (p value cutoff = 0.05, q value cutoff = 0.05), including neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction, human immunodeficiency virus 1 infection, Kaposi sarcoma-associated herpesvirus infection, cholinergic synapse, and hepatitis B.  Figure 9 shows the details of four pathways through which the genes were primarily distributed in the p53 signaling pathway, apoptosis pathway, and cholinergic synapse pathway. The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is hepatitis B virus infection.
